During the "Official Theoretical-Practical Training Course in Dental Sleep Medicine" held in Madrid on September 28, 29, and 30, 2023, Dr. Lluis Nogués, Founding Member of the Spanish Society of Dental Sleep Medicine (SEMDeS), was recognized for his work coordinating training courses in the field.

Yesterday, May 4, 2023, the University of Barcelona awarded the IMPULS award. This award, created to promote lifelong learning and ensure the academic quality of its own degrees and continuing education, seeks to recognize the academic contribution of programs with a 25-year history in continuing education and to highlight the quality of the teams that have led these types of studies and their entrepreneurial spirit. This recognition of academic achievement is promoted by the University of Barcelona's Postgraduate Agency together with the Vice-Rectorate responsible for academic affairs. Our Master's Degree in Occlusion and Oral Rehabilitation has been offered continuously since 1990, and 33 classes have graduated. There are now 264 graduates from the Master's Degree in Occlusion and Oral Rehabilitation at the UB. The master's founder, Professor Joan Salsench, and Professor Mariona Peraire, received the award in the presence of the other directors: Professor Jordi Samsó, Professor Josep Maria Anglada, and Professor Raúl Ayuso.
