To submit the pre-registration application, the following documents must be provided:

Pre-registration application (attached form)
Curriculum Vitae with photo
Photocopy of ID or passport
Certified photocopy of the degree of Bachelor of Dentistry or Bachelor of Medicine , specialty Stomatology
Simple photocopy of the academic record

IMPORTANT: in case of foreign degrees, the documentation detailed in points 4 and 5 must be legalized. More information at:
